Castaldo® Plast-O-Wax Injection Wax

Castaldo® Plast-O-Wax™ injection wax performs like plastic and has a high level of elasticity; models made from it retain their shape very well. This wax is ideal for highly detailed pieces or those that have slender or fragile structures. The pliability of the wax protects against damage or breakage while getting the model out of the mold after injecting. In addition, it has the highest shelf life of the waxes we offer, making it ideal for creating a stockpile of models in down times or during slower sales periods, ready to use when busy season rolls around. This wax can be steam de-waxed and offers good, smooth surface quality and minimal shrinkage.
