Dedeco® Sunburst® 22.22mm TC Dual Radial Disc

This 7/8" Dedeco® Sunburst® TC dual radial disc features two offset rows of bristles, providing the convenience of using a single disc while enjoying the results you'd get by stacking two separate discs together. It is ideal for finishing and polishing hard to reach areas while protecting detail. The thin and curved three-dimensional TC bristle design ensure the disc conforms to your piece and provides a uniform finish. Most applications can be performed between 3,000rpm and 18,000rpm. Use the discs at 3,000rpm to have greater flexibility with a softer touch, producing subtle results. Operate discs at 18,000rpm for more aggressive material removal. Use a variety of Sunburst radial discs in a coarse-to-fine grit order progression to easily achieve your desired finish. The disc is heat resistant and are a durable alternative to silicone polishers. Dedeco® Sunburst® TC radial discs are impregnated with a specially-treated silicon carbide that delivers faster results and a longer life than rubber wheels. They produce minimal heat and dust, and require no polishing compound.
