Made by Durston, this high-quality PrecisionFit™ steel tapered ring mandrel is hardened to 64 HRC, making it ideal for forming, sizing and shaping rings. The groove allows you to shape ring mountings without damaging the setting. It is machined and calibrated to the Durston steel finger gauge set and aluminum ring stick to provide excellent consistency from showroom to bench, and bench to customer. The mandrel is laser-engraved in quarter size increments (1–16 U. S.) and has an ergonomic handle that ensures a firm and comfortable grip.
