Formlabs Form Wash System for Resin Models

After the build, clean your light-sensitive 3D resin models thoroughly and effectively using the formlabs Form Wash system. The Form Wash unit offers a tank large enough to hold the maximum-volume grow from your Form 2 or Form 3 3D printer. The entire base slides onto a holder with the grow still in place, or the part (or parts) can be removed and placed in the wire basket. An automatic platform lowers the resin piece (or pieces) into a bath of isopropyl alcohol (IPA; not included), and a small, powerful turbine in the base creates a swirling current that cleans every surface of every piece. Once the wash is complete, the platform automatically lifts the parts out of the tank, avoiding over-soaked, warped pieces. The parts dry quickly in the air and are then ready for production. The Form Wash unit includes a digital timer to control the wash cycle, a custom hydrometer that monitors alcohol saturation, a siphon pump that makes it easy to drain and replace the IPA when needed, and a built-in storage caddy to hold finishing tools conveniently at hand.
