These numbered exclusive three-part Trak-It Tickets® repair tickets provide an accurate record of your repair and bench work for customers; they are ideal for busy shops where careful and accurate filing is a must. Simply fill out the Trak-It Ticket®, describing the item and the repair needed. Have the customer sign the ticket, authorizing the work. Keep the first copy for your files, give the middle copy to your customer, and enclose the back copy with the jewelry; if desired, keep this copy protected in a 4-mil clear plastic resealable bag (available separately) while the jewelry is in your store. The back copy is sturdy cardstock and features six gem-cut illustrations that allow you to mark any identifying characteristics of set gemstones. Each ticket is a carbonless, three-part paper form, made using 30% post-consumer fiber; the package contains 500 tickets numbered 5501–6000.
